PLY Ordering & Shipping Policy

Ordering

All online orders are paid using the PayPal® payment gateway. You can use your PayPal® account, credit or debit card for purchases.

Order Fulfillment

All online orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern time will be shipped that day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. Orders are not shipped on days the USPS is closed for business.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Flat Rate Shipping

All our orders ship for a flat rate of $7.95. All shipping is subject to sales tax if we collect sales tax in your state.

We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not accept overseas orders or orders from Hawaii or Alaska.

Returns & Refund Policy

Our Return Policy

Unopened and unused hand-dyed yarns that are found to be damaged or defective may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All other items are non-returnable.

A return authorization is required for any items requiring return. You must email Peace Love & Yarn and supply proof of damage or defect. We will review your claim and issue a Return Authorization Number to you via email.

Any items returned must contain the Return Authorization Number. Items returned without a valid Return Authorization Number will not be refunded and cannot be shipped back to the customer. Items must be returned to Peace Love & Yarn within 30 days of issuing the Return Authorization Number. Return Authorization Numbers expire after 30 days.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping. Peace Love & Yarn is not responsible for and damages that occur when returning yarns.

Our Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to your credit card for items returned with a valid Return Authorization Number and found to be damaged or defective.

Refunds may take up to 20 days to process.

You will be notified via email when your refund has processed.

No store credits will be given in leu of refunds.

Product exchanges are at the sole discretion of Peace Love & Yarn.
